Bonito Tuna Belly Ventresca
Ventresca is the rich, succulent belly fillets of the tuna, the most desirable part of the fish. Ortiz bonito is caught by rod and line.
INGREDIENTS: White tuna (Thunnus alalunga) (FISH), olive oil and sea salt.
STORAGE & CARE: Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 8°C in a non-metallic container, covered in its oil, and consume within 3 days.
