Christmas Loaf Cake
This traditional Christmas loaf cake contains a delicious 46% fruit. Decorated with golden and glacé glazed cherries and blanched almonds to give it that wonderful Christmas feel. And, finally, topped with a toasted marzipan star and dusted with icing sugar for the perfect finish.
