Finest Whiskey Cake Infused With Scotch Malt Whiskey

The recipe for this luxurious cake includes the best quality vine fruits in generous quantities to create a subtle flavour and pleasantly moist consistency. Shortbread House uses only Single Malt Scotch Whisky to make this cake. The elegant and well-rounded Single Malt has been made in Scotland's most famous whisky region since 1897. The vine fruits are soaked in the whisky overnight before baking. The whisky cake is then made with great care by hand in the family-run bakery. Finally, more whisky is added to the cake before it is packed into the tin to add richness to the taste that is second to none.
Available from July to December each year.

INGREDIENTS: Quality Vine Fruits (38%) [Raisins and Sultanas (with Sunflower Oil)], Wheat Flour, Light Brown Cane Sugar [with Cane Molasses], Butter (Milk, Salt), Pasteurised Eggs, Malt Whisky (6%), Citrus Peel [Orange, Lemon, Glucose Syrup, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide], Mixed Spice, Cinnamon, Raising Agents: Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate.
