Jam With Fig

Wonderful jam with fig from Nicolas Vahé. The jam works perfectly with a cheese table. You can also try it on a piece of bread or as a topping on natural yoghurt or pancakes. Once opened: consume within 3 weeks and store in a cold place.

60% figs. cane sugar. concentrated lemon juice. gelling agent (pectins). Prepared with 60 g fruit per 100 g. Total sugar content: 55 g per 100 g.
