A concentrated vegetable stock made with courgette, onion, carrot, potato and leek. 

Perfect for making a vegetarian paella. It is also the ideal base for any vegetable soup.
Shake before use and add water and salt to taste.

INGREDIENTS: Water, courgette (13 %), onion (8 %), carrot (3 %), vegetable broth (2.5 %) [salt, potato starch, yeast extract, natural vegetable flavourings (CELERY), vegetables (potato, onion, leek), LACTOSE, MILK whey, sugar], extra virgin olive oil.

STORAGE & CARE: Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated below 8°C and consume within 3 days.
