It seemed to Cartwright & Butler that the wonderful ingredient, salted caramel, was crying out to be used in a biscuit. And not just any old biscuit but one baked to buttery, crumbly perfection.

Ingredients:

Flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), salted butter (28%) (milk), sugar, butterscotch crisp (5%) (soft dark brown sugar, glucose (wheat), salted butter (milk), natural flavouring), salt, natural flavouring, salt, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate. 

Once opened store in a cool, dry place, in an airtight container.

May also contain nuts, egg, mustard, oat, sesame and soya.
