Vegan Panettone

Finally a Vegan Panettone to celebrate!

Master baker Beniamino has worked his magic to make a delicious vegan panettone for us, so that everyone can enjoy a slice of traditional Italian cake this Christmas.

 He uses cocoa butter, candied fruit paste, natural vanilla, linseed flour and turmeric to add fragrance, moisture and colour to the dough, which is naturally leavened using his 33 year old mother yeast. It goes without saying that our Seggiano Vegan Panettone is free from binders, stabilisers, preservatives or emulsifiers and only use sulphite free fruits and healthy high oleic oil.

Baked for Seggiano in small batches during the run up to the festive season, our panettone is handmade by a zealous master baker in Brescia. He has been perfecting the recipes of his traditional Italian dolci for over 30 years.

WHEAT flour, Cocoa butter, High oleic sunflower oil, Sultanas, rice milk, candied orange (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, natural vanilla), sugar, candied lemon paste (lemon, sugar), yeast, linseed flour, natural vegetable fibres, natural rosemary & orange extract, turmeric, salt, vinegar, corn starch.

It may contain traces of nuts, almonds and hazelnuts.

Always store this cake in a cool, dark place. Once opened, reseal the packet to maintain freshness. Consume within ten days of opening.
