These Spiced Orange and Cranberry Shortbread is a favourite with our customers, offering for a delicious winter twist on traditional butter shortbread. Crisp, cold winter days call for something a little special and we’ve just the thing with this blend of black tea and seasonal spices. Cinnamon, ginger, a little black pepper, cardamom and cloves together, have a cosy, warm flavour to them. They've given them a little lift with the addition of some orange peel for a light, citrusy note, and a pinch of rose petals. Cartwright & Butler Spiced Orange and Cranberry Shortbread is made with a traditional family all-butter shortbread recipe, cooked at a low temperature to keep a light colour biscuit with the perfect amount of crumble to crunch.
