All items are shipped either by DPD, Royal Mail first class Signed For or UPS.

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and dispatch.

THAT CAKEAWAY SHIPPING POLICY

As a fresh, small batch artisan bakery, we bake to order and in small batches; therefore this new procedure has been put in place to assist with us planning our baking schedule, what to bake and quantities. This method will also eliminate the use of 'online drops' where unfortunately people were missing out on ordering.

So, how does it work ....

*All postal cake orders will be be dispatched every Thursday.
*All postal cake orders placed from any given Wednesday after 12 Midday till the following Wednesday before 12pm (Midday) will be posted the following Thursday in that week. 

For example;
*If you place an order on Monday 22nd February 2021 your order will be ready for dispatch on Thursday 25th February 2021.
*If you place an order on Wednesday 24th February at 1pm it’ll be posted on Thursday 4th March.

Click & Collect from That Cakeaway

The same general rules apply from the above That Cakeaway Shipping Policy however your order will be ready for collection on Friday/Saturday. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for collection.

Local Cakeaway

Due to Covid-19 we understand how many individuals/households are unfortunately having to isolate at the moment. We have therefore introduced local cakeaway delivery service on a Friday. 

Delivery locations include: Redcar, Marske, Saltburn, Skelton, Guisborough, & Middlesbrough. If your town hasn’t been included on this list please enquire by emailing hello@thatcake.co.uk.

Items can be purchased online so there is no cash exchanging hands and your items will be left on your doorstep or in a safe place to avoid any form of human contact.

Deliveries will take place on the Friday between the hours of 10am and 6pm. There is no way we can guarantee a specific time etc.
